Scope
The Apple Standard EULA applies to obtaining and using JustDay through the App Store. This page adds product-specific information. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Service
JustDay supports personal planning with calendars, tasks, natural input, Just Guide, week planning, import/export, iCloud, widgets, Siri, Spotlight, notifications and optional alarms. Availability depends on device, iOS version, language, Apple Account, permissions and system services.
Suggestions and your responsibility
Detected events, tasks, places, recurrence, day plans and Just Guide answers may be wrong, incomplete or late. Check content, date, time, time zone, recurrence, destination calendar and alarm before saving or relying on it.
JustDay is not an emergency, safety or professional advisory service. Do not rely exclusively on the app, widgets, notifications or alarms for deadlines, medicine, law, tax, finance or safety-critical processes.
Apple and third-party services
iCloud, Calendar, Reminders, Apple Maps, Siri, Spotlight, the App Store, speech recognition and connected accounts are external services governed by their own terms. Import, export and sync may update or delete existing entries; review selections and previews carefully.
Acceptable use
- Process only content you are entitled to use and respect the rights of others.
- Do not use JustDay for unlawful, abusive, dangerous or safety-critical automation.
- Do not bypass safeguards, disrupt services or copy or reverse-engineer the app except where mandatory law permits.
Data and backups
You are responsible for device security, system permissions, destination accounts and safe storage of exported JSON backups. Verify restorations and maintain an appropriate additional backup for important data.
Availability and changes
Individual system features are not guaranteed to be continuously available. Features may change for security, compatibility or continued development. Material legal changes will be published here with a new date.
Liability
Mandatory liability remains unaffected, including for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and product liability.
For a slightly negligent breach of an essential contractual duty, liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Liability for other slight negligence is excluded where legally permitted.
